Goldwater Law Firm, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS text messaging to deliver legal notifications, appointment confirmations, case-related updates, and information regarding legal inquiries. These communications are intended to provide timely support and information to individuals who have expressed interest in our legal services.

User Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including those delivered via an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-assisted technology, chatbots, and prerecorded or artificial voices) from [Brand Name] and its affiliates.  Messages may originate from our authorized numbers, including but not limited to: (912) 356-4400, (912) 325-9200, (912) 299-8600, (912) 214-5400, and (912) 351-8800.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase or the receipt of legal services.
  • You may receive a one-time text message to confirm your subscription after opting in.

Message Costs and Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

Opt-Out and Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time.

  • To stop receiving messages, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any of our numbers.
  • In accordance with FCC regulations, we also honor opt-out requests made via any other reasonable means, including verbal requests to firm staff or written requests via email.
  • Following a revocation request, you will receive one final text message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers

Service is available on all major US wireless carriers. Neither we nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Data Privacy and Non-Sharing

Mobile information and opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. All other data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Help and Support

We are committed to the timely management of all consumer requests.  All requests to stop receiving messages, whether made via keyword (e.g., STOP) or any other reasonable means, will be processed and honored within ten (10) business days of receipt.  Requests for information regarding your data or the logic of our automated systems will be acknowledged promptly and addressed within the timeframes mandated by your state of residency.
