What You Should Know
Belviq® is a popular weight-loss drug. It is sold and produced by Eisai Inc. and was initially approved by the FDA in 2012.
Clinical studies have shown that users of Belviq® may have a higher risk of cancers. In January the FDA announced that clinical trial results were significant enough to call for Belviq® and Belviq XR® be pulled from the market.
We are working with the users that believe this weight-loss drug has caused their cancer. If you or a loved one took Belviq® and were then diagnosed with cancer, you may be entitled to substantial compensation.
